Dill Sauce

A simple sauce can make a dish completely different. This dill sauce is a simple and effective sauce for with Fish, Shrimp and Lamb. 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

4 tbsp. Crème Fraiche
2 tsp. Grated Horseradish
4 tsp. Fresh Dill
8 tbsp. Olive Oil
Pinch of Pepper
Pinch of Salt

 

 

 

 

  1.  Tip: use a small jar to mix your sauce. Just put all the ingredients in and shake the jar.

  2. Cut the Dill very small. Add all the ingredients in a jar or bowl and mix thoroughly.

Serving tip: This sauce fits perfectly with  strongly flavored Fish (like smoked salmon), Shrimp and is surprisingly fresh with Lamb.
