As the earth slowly warms up we start to believe the cold days are really behind us. Coats get left at home and our pets share this wish to the dismay of many owners. Now the sun and nature invite us to start looking around outside again and take the time to look deeper.

Released from their winter hideout by the early heat, the first vegetables start to show up. Radishes, carrots and fennel find their way to our plate. Still a touch of the spring lightness we enjoy, but also the first signals of the abundance ahead.
